It was a cold and rainy morning but the folks from Piedmont REIT had a blast serving breakfast to our friend on the street! The holiday season was in full swing with Santa’s helpers passing out Candy Canes and Christmas music was playing in the background and even a little dancing was going on! The wonderful folks at Hunger Has No Religion passed out blankets, backpacks, clothing and toiletry bags so everyone walked away with presents!
The generosity of our volunteers is incredible – some took their clothing, coats and shoes right off their bodies and gave it to those less fortunate. The Christmas spirit was in the air!
